  • Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

  • By subscribing, you authorize SDK’S Café & Coffee to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.

You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us directly. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be refunded or canceled.

Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time before their next billing date.
To cancel, log into your account on our website or contact us directly at support@sdkscafeandcoffeebeans.com.
Once a renewal has been processed and payment has been charged, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
All cancellations made after billing will apply to the next subscription cycle.

4. All Sales Final

Because coffee and K-Cup products are perishable, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective (see Return Policy for details).

5. Billing & Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other approved providers).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • If your payment fails or your card is declined, your order or subscription may be delayed or canceled.

  • Subscription renewals will continue automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via UPS depending on destination and package size.

  • Processing and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • SDK’S Café & Coffee is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once a package has been marked “Delivered.”

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any orders placed under incorrect information.

8. Intellectual Property
