At SDK’S Café & Coffee, we take pride in providing quality coffee and K-Cup products that our customers love. Every order is prepared and packaged with care to ensure freshness and satisfaction.
Because our products are considered perishable food items, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for K-Cups, coffee, or any consumable products.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@sdkscafeandcoffeebeans.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly review the situation and work to make it right.
