🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase or renewal.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
📦 Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship throughout the continental United States.
Orders are shipped via UPS (cannot ship to a PO Box)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
🔁 Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped each month based on your initial order date.
If you need to pause, skip, or cancel your upcoming shipment, please do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
🧾 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@sdkscafeandcoffeebeans.com within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
